Job Summary

Hotel Chenthur Park is looking for energetic and customer-focused Bar Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, serve beverages and food efficiently, maintain cleanliness in the bar, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Freshers with a Hotel Management qualification are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates will be given preference. The responsibilities align with common hospitality industry expectations for waiter and bar service roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per hotel standards.
- Recommend beverages and promote premium products to increase sales.
- Coordinate with the bar and kitchen team for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar counters, and service stations.
- Ensure proper table setup before and during service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns politely.
- Follow hygiene,



food safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
