· Maintain real-time inventory records of all colour stones in the system.

· Handle daily inward, issue, and receipt entries accurately.

· Count, weigh, and verify colour stones during stock transactions.

· Maintain proper tracking of stones issued to production and design teams.

· Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure no shortages or discrepancies.

· Perform quality-wise segregation, mixing, and splitting as per requirements.

· Conduct daily/periodic physical stock audits and reconcile with ERP records.

· Maintain proper documentation of Jangad/memo transactions, if applicable.

· Coordinate with procurement and production teams for stock planning and availability.

Ensure safe handling of small, high-value inventory items.

Experience:




2–5 years of experience in jewellery inventory management (Colour Stone handling preferred).

Software Proficiency:

- ERP / EMR software experience preferred
- MS Excel proficiency (basic formulas, stock tracking)

Technical Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of colour stones and jewellery manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of stone measurement and weight handling

Soft Skills:

- Strong numerical ability
- Attention to detail
- Integrity and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
