Key Role :

To generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive revenue growth by promoting rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: (Inside Sales. Field Sales)

- Identify and generate leads through field visits, references, and digital channels
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements
- Promote rooftop solar solutions and explain benefits (cost savings, subsidy, ROI)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Proposal & Closure

- Coordinate with design team for system sizing and proposals
- Present techno-commercial proposals to clients
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms

Customer Relationship

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Ensure smooth handover to execution team post-sale

Documentation & Coordination

- Collect customer documents for subsidy/net metering




- Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, accounts)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel

Skills Required

- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Good communication (English + local language)
- Basic understanding of solar systems
- Customer handling & convincing ability
- MS Excel / CRM tools knowledge

Qualification

- Any Graduate / Diploma (Technical preferred)

Experience

- 1–3 years in sales (solar / electrical preferred)
- Freshers with robust communication can apply

Salary Range

₹1.8 – ₹3 LPA + Attractive Incentives

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
