Fresher to Full-Time Opportunity

We're looking for passionate and self-motivated React Developers who are eager to learn, build, and grow while working on real-world products. You'll work alongside experienced developers to build modern, responsive web applications using React and related frontend technologies.

This opportunity is open to final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Build reusable React components and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams.

Requirements

- Good understanding of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with React Hooks, Components, Props, State Management, and API integration.
- Ability to build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Portfolio, GitHub, or personal React projects will be an added advantage.

- First 3 Months: ₹7,500/month + Conveyance Allowance up to ₹1,500/month.
- Post 3 Months: Performance-based opportunity to transition into a Full-Time React Developer role with a salary of ₹10,000/month + ₹1,500/month Conveyance Allowance.

Starting Salary: ₹7,500/month + Conveyance Allowance up to ₹1,500/month

Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
