Responsibilities Coordinate and manage trainer schedules and availability to ensure smooth training delivery Maintain accurate trackers for training sessions trainer allocation attendance and feedback collection Facilitate effective communication between trainers participants management and external stakeholders Support project teams by ensuring timelines deliverables and expectations are met Handle conflicts or disputes among stakeholders with calmness composure and professionalism Prepare and share reports on training project progress performance and outcomes with management Assist in logistics coordination including venue resources and materials for training project execution Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with a composed and calm demeanor under pressure Highly organized with strong attention to detail in maintaining trackers and reports Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets for tracker management Strong presentation and documentation skills Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Must have Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field 1-3 years of experience in training coordination project management or stakeholder management freshers with exceptional skills may also apply Prior experience in corporate training education management or project coordination will be an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience Project coordination 1 year Required Work Location In person
