Posted Date 26 Feb 2025 Function Business Area Corporate Services Location Vadodara Job Responsibilities 1 To facilitate and support business head in achieving organizational goal target through effective planning and implementation of Admin services so as to ensure high employee engagement resulting in higher productivity 2 Ensure End to End services in Estate Township and Plant Premises pertaining to Facility Administration 3 Facilitate continuous infrastructure improvement maintenance and upkeep of Township and Plant Premises to enhance the quality of life of employees and their families 4 Providing support in implementation of CSR activities around site by continuously supporting various Clubs schools and trusts 5 Ensure end to end support during the Plant Turn Around and Shut Down 6 Ensure smooth functioning of Guest Houses at Township and smooth operations of Industrial Canteen 7 Ensure end to end delivery of all Corporate services activities in the Plant premises and Township 8 Addressing the grievances of employees related to services in Plant and Township 9 Coordinate and support Corporate Affairs team for issues related to near-by villages 10 End to end support to the team for current facility construction projects with respect to Facility Operations and Policy design 1 Experience of heading leading large manufacturing site 2 Handling large union which is a key stake holder of VMD 3 Should have experience of heading large township 4 Experience of handling large infra projects 5 Exposure in handling legacy issues of contract labour like Industrial Canteen housekeeping horticulture This is also like an unregistered union Education Requirement Degree of Post Graduate in facility management any other discipline from a reputed Institute University Experience Requirement 15-23 years of work experience in facility management and general administration The applicant should have managed a team Skills Competencies 1 Excellent communication Skills Both Written and Verbal 2 Process centric focus 3 Negotiation Skills 4 Planning and Execution 5 Strategic Orientation 6 Manage Ambiguity 7 Ability to deliver results on target
