Job Title Head of Sales Location All Kerala Department Sales Reports to CEO Managing Director Chief Commercial Officer Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing strategic sales plans managing high-performing teams and driving business growth This is a leadership role with direct impact on revenue customer acquisition and market expansion Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company s sales strategy to meet revenue targets and growth objectives Lead manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners Oversee the sales pipeline forecasting and reporting processes Collaborate with Marketing Product and Operations to align on business goals and customer experience Define and monitor KPIs performance metrics and incentive structures for the sales team Recruit and train new sales team members as needed Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field 7-10 years of sales experience with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership team management and people development skills Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in CRM tools and data-driven decision making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Education Industry will be a plus Existing network of industry contacts and clients International or multi-regional sales experience if applicable Compensation Competitive base salary performance-based incentives Interested candidates can share the CV to hrd enbridg com or whatsapp to (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Work Location In person
