Job Title E-commerce Systems Executive Location Pune Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform ensuring its functionality and performance meet business needs Work on integrating third-party systems payment gateways CRM ERP shipping software with the e-commerce platform Provide technical support for system-related issues resolve bugs and ensure minimal downtime Manage product data inventory updates and content uploads ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform Monitor system performance traffic and analytics to identify areas for improvement Manage and optimize the e-commerce tools and plugins to improve site functionality and user experience Coordinate with marketing sales and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of e-commerce solutions with business processes Required Qualifications BCA BCS MCA MCS BSc IT or MSc IT or a related field Experience 0-1 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms e g Shopify Magento WooCommerce or IT systems support Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply Skills Competencies Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems Familiarity with system integrations APIs and third-party software Proficient in basic programming languages HTML CSS JavaScript PHP Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with web analytics and monitoring tools Google Analytics GTM etc Good understanding of database management MySQL SQL Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 250 000 00 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time
