Vidyalai is an Ed-Tech startup that provides personalized learning solutions and educational products to students across the globe We cater primarily to the secondary and higher education market which includes middle school high school and college students Founded by a team of IIT Madras alumni we are one of the fastest-growing startups in India with users from more than 30 countries The Academic Associate position at Vidyalai is a highly impactful role where you would be working in developing educational products for K-12 high school students It requires a deep understanding of your subject of expertise and a passion for teaching and pedagogy Responsibilities Cultivate a deep understanding of international academic boards - International Baccalaureate IB Cambridge GCSE etc - and develop academic content for the same Teach and mentor students online through the Vidyalai ed-tech platform to realize their learning goals 35 hours of classes per week Take an interest in the student s learning outcomes and ensure that they are poised for improvement in their grades This profile is mostly work from home Skills and Qualifications Passion for teaching and mentoring students A strong academic track record in your subject 10th 12th and college Excellent communication and writing skills in English Attention to detail Results-oriented and self-starter Schedule 6 days a week The work hours will be from 1 30 PM to 11 30 PM including up to 8 hours of lessons and 2 hours of breaks The time where you do not have classes can be used as you see fit Job Type Full time Pay 300 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Benefits Internet reimbursement Application Question s Is the compensation range mentioned in the posting in line with your expectations Work Location Remote
