About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Manager with a strong background in the commercial real estate industry This hybrid role requires expertise in both sales investor client acquisition and procurement sourcing to support project development The candidate must have hands-on experience in real estate sales as well as vendor management and sourcing for commercial projects Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities Drive investor and client sales for commercial real estate projects Build and maintain strong relationships with investors brokers and channel partners Identify recent business opportunities and lead generation strategies to meet sales targets Conduct sales presentations negotiations and deal closures Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns events and promotional activities to support sales Sourcing Procurement Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to procure materials services and contracts for commercial real estate projects Negotiate with suppliers contractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality standards Build and maintain a reliable vendor network to ensure timely procurement and project execution Monitor supplier performance quality assurance and delivery timelines Coordinate with project engineering and finance teams to align procurement with project schedules General Cross-Functional Responsibilities Maintain updated reports on sales pipeline sourcing status and procurement costs Ensure compliance with company policies contracts and legal requirements Conduct market research on both real estate trends and procurement benchmarks Contribute to overall business growth by aligning sales and sourcing strategies with company objectives Key Requirements Experience 8-12 years of experience in the real estate industry commercial projects compulsory Proven track record in both sales investor sales preferred and procurement sourcing Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
