Job Title Accountant Company Modis Navnirman Limited Location Kandivali Mumbai Industry Real Estate Construction Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting financial record-keeping and statutory compliance for our projects The candidate will work closely with the finance and project teams to ensure proper documentation GST TDS compliance and accurate reporting Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts Tally ERP or other software Handle day-to-day accounting entries bank reconciliations and journal entries Manage project-wise expenses and revenue accounting Prepare GST TDS Professional Tax and other statutory returns Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accounts payable receivable Prepare MIS reports cash flow statements and project-wise cost sheets Assist auditors in finalization of accounts Maintain proper documentation for loans advances and inter-project transactions Qualifications B Com M Com degree in Accounting or Finance 3-7 years of experience as an Accountant preferably in real estate construction sector Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and accounting standards Hands-on experience with Tally ERP accounting software Good knowledge of MS Excel MS Office Skills Required Solid knowledge of Accounting Book-keeping GST TDS Compliance handling Bank Reconciliation Cash Flow Management Project Accounting Real Estate Accounting Good command over Tally ERP MS Excel Pivot tables VLOOKUP MIS reporting Accuracy attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate with auditors consultants and internal teams Salary As per industry standards and candidate s experience Job Type Full-Time Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month
