Job Title QC Engineer Department Quality Control Location Bhiwandi Reports To Quality Manager Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - (phone hidden) Job Summary The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products materials and processes meet defined quality standards This role involves conducting inspections identifying defects implementing corrective actions and working closely with production and design teams to maintain high-quality output Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards Inspect raw materials in-process production and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications Conduct dimensional checks visual inspections and functional testing as required Maintain and update quality documentation inspection reports and test records Identify defects non-conformities and suggest corrective and preventive actions CAPA Coordinate with production design and procurement teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with ISO industry quality standards and company policies Support internal and external audits Train production staff on quality awareness and best practices Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Mechanical Civil Electrical or related engineering field 2-5 years of experience in Quality Control Assurance manufacturing construction or relevant industry Strong knowledge of QC tools measurement instruments and testing procedures Familiar with ISO standards 5S Lean and Six Sigma preferred Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office and QC software tools Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Strong technical and analytical mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Teamwork and coordination skills Continuous improvement approach Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
