Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR GL bank reconciliations and payroll Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements Ensure timely filing of GST TDS PF ESIC and other statutory compliances Conduct variance analysis and prepare MIS reports for management review Support budgeting forecasting and cash flow management Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities Review guide and mentor junior accountants and ensure accuracy of accounting entries Implement internal controls and accounting best practices Handle vendor and client reconciliations Assist management in strategic decision-making with accurate financial data Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
