The ICU CCU Staff Nurse is responsible for providing direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive or Coronary Care Unit The role includes continuous monitoring assessment and implementation of medical plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare team members Key Responsibilities Monitor and assess vital signs and clinical condition of critically ill patients Administer medications IV drips infusions and blood products as prescribed Operate and monitor life-support equipment such as ventilators cardiac monitors and infusion pumps Assist doctors during procedures and respond promptly to medical emergencies Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Ensure infection control protocols and ICU nursing standards are strictly followed Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families Participate in shift handovers care planning and team meetings Follow safety and hygiene standards within the unit Ensure proper handling and maintenance of ICU equipment and instruments Job Type Full time Work Location In person
