About the Role We are seeking a warm courteous and responsible Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents families and visitors at our Senior Citizen Retirement Home in Goa The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a genuine respect for the elderly and the ability to manage administrative tasks with efficiency and compassion Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents visitors and vendors in a friendly and respectful manner Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally Maintain visitor log and ensure proper sign-in sign-out protocols Schedule appointments manage calendars and support resident queries Provide accurate information about the facility to guests and potential residents Assist with clerical duties such as filing photocopying data entry and managing emails Coordinate with healthcare staff and other departments to relay important messages Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Handle emergency situations with calm and effective communication Support residents with small errands like booking transport appointments etc Ensure compliance with safety confidentiality and care guidelines Qualifications Skills Minimum 10 2 or Graduate in any discipline 1-2 years of experience in a front desk customer service or receptionist role Fluency in English and Konkani Hindi preferred Basic computer knowledge MS Office email handling record keeping Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Patient empathetic and able to work around elderly individuals Skilled appearance and demeanor Working Hours 6 days a week rotational shifts if required Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays if needed What We Offer A respectful and meaningful work environment Market-competitive salary and perks Opportunities to grow within a socially impactful organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
