Role Summary We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our artefacts and lighting showroom The role includes managing sales staff housekeeping loaders and ensuring a smooth and visually appealing store experience Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations including team management and inventory control Drive sales performance by meeting monthly targets and delivering exceptional customer service Maintain attractive product displays and ensure overall store presentation aligns with brand standards Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming store environment Coordinate with loaders for smooth stock movement deliveries and in-store handling Manage accurate billing cash handling and smooth operation of POS systems Build and maintain solid relationships with clients interior designers and vendors Prepare and maintain basic reports related to sales inventory and daily operations Requirements 3-5 years of retail experience home decor lighting preferred Strong communication leadership and multitasking skills Basic computer and billing system knowledge Location Kalyani Nagar Pune Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience Store management 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
