Purchasing Identify and evaluate suppliers for steel bolts fasteners welding consumables and other PEB-related materials Procure materials as per project requirements and production plans Issue Purchase Orders POs and follow up for timely deliveries Negotiate prices credit terms and delivery schedules with vendors Maintain vendor database and develop alternative sources for key materials Ensure procurement is done in compliance with quality and cost-efficiency targets Stores Inventory Management Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality compliance Organize and maintain proper storage of raw materials and consumables Maintain accurate records of stock using ERP or inventory management software Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with records Issue materials to production teams against approved requisitions Monitor stock levels and reorder to avoid shortages or overstocking Documentation Reporting Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders goods receipt notes GRN and material issue slips Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory reports Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and vendor payments Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping norms in the store area Comply with all statutory norms related to procurement and storage Key Skills Required Strong knowledge of PEB materials fabrication items and supply chain Good negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in MS Office Tally and ERP systems Inventory control and record-keeping skills Familiarity with quality standards for steel structures Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management acceptable with relevant experience Certification in materials management or supply chain is a plus Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement stores in a PEB or structural steel fabrication company Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 28 07 2025
