About the role This role is responsible for delivering store layouts and design implantation packs for complex Tesco stores with the goal of elevating the Tesco brand and enhancing the overall customer experience This role combines retail planning and architectural expertise You will be responsible for Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities Store Layout and Design Implementation Accountable to drive initiatives and deliver high-quality complex feasibility site layouts mall plans store layouts design implementation packs as per store development programme using applications such as AutoCAD Revit Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator etc Capable of interpreting architectural and construction drawings to deliver a comprehensive store planning solution Liaise with Store Planning Manager country colleagues to deliver store layouts and design that align with property strategy offer great customer and colleague experience and have minimal disruption and in line with legal requirements Capture all store data records ensuring its accuracy and integrity through regular updates Demonstrating the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity Collaborate effectively within a team environment and collectively achieve project goals and organizational objectives Identify and highlight potential risks recommending mitigating strategies to ensure successful outcomes Assisting the Store Planning Manager in facilitating approval governance Work with Store Planning Manger to build capability within the team and develop training content Continuous Improvement CI Champion CI culture spot opportunities for process improvement Keep yourself and team up-to-date with the latest retail market trends and technology One-team Mindset Build and maintain positive relationship across teams through regular engagement and celebrating achievements Business Accountabilities Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence Responsible for completing tasks within agreed KPI s You will need Preferred Diploma Bachelor s degree in Architecture Interior Design Bachelor s in Engineering Civil 7 years of experience in relevant field preferred Must have experience in delivering planning and design for Retail Projects Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English Must be proficient in AutoCAD Revit MS Office and Adobe software s Whats in it for you At Tesco we are committed to providing the best for you As a result our colleagues enjoy a unique differentiated market- competitive reward package based on the current industry practices for all the work they put into serving our customers communities and planet a little better every day Our Tesco Rewards framework consists of pillars -
