Profile Accountant-IT Services-Surat-35K Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations financial records compliance and reporting The candidate should ensure accuracy in accounts timely filings and smooth coordination with management auditors and banks Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts Sales Purchase Ledger Cash Bank Handle GST compliance - returns reconciliation and filings Manage TDS calculations filings Prepare monthly quarterly annual financial reports Record and reconcile bank statements Handle invoicing billing receipts payments Maintain expense records petty cash Assist in audit preparation and coordination with CA Manage vendor payments and client follow-ups Support management with financial MIS reports Ensure compliance with statutory internal controls Required Skills Qualifications Masters s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax basics Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software Good command over MS Excel High attention to detail accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential data Preferred Skills Experience in IT Consulting Project-based companies Knowledge of compliance documentation tenders added advantage Valuable communication coordination skills Reporting To Management Director Finance Head
