About the Role We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Junior Accountant with strong expertise in GST Tally Prime and TDS The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing taxation-related tasks and supporting daily accounting operations with accuracy Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime Manage GST-related tasks including GST returns filing reconciliations and maintaining compliance records Manage TDS calculations deductions and filing of TDS returns accurately and on time Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial entries Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist in statutory compliance documentation and audit preparation Maintain accurate records vouchers and financial documentation Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Commerce Finance or a related field Strong hands-on expertise in GST Tally Prime and TDS must-have 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive freshers with solid practical knowledge may be considered Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel for reports and reconciliations Strong attention to detail accuracy and time-management skills Good communication and the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision Preferred Skills Experience with monthly GST reconciliations GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-2A 2B Practical knowledge of TDS payments returns and 26AS reconciliation Experience handling day-to-day accounts in a similar industry Why Join Us Prospect to develop expertise in taxation and accounting Supportive environment with growth potential Exposure to multiple areas of finance and statutory compliance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
