- Senior Accountant Company Greensangaadi Agro Private Limited Department Finance and Accounts Reporting to COO CFO 1 Maintain accurate and up to date financial records including ledgers Journals and other accounting documents 2 Record and reconcile sales from POS Branch systems 3 Perform Bank reconciliations 4 Manage and monitor daily collection settlements including home delivery pending bills across branches 5 Maintain and reconcile petty cash expenses 6 Verify purchase invoices with weight slips GRN and quantity received 7 Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for missing invoices and for vendor statements and reconciliation of the same 8 Ensure accurate posting of branch stock transfers and inter-branch reconciliations 9 Control on system- hold bills and coordinate closures with store teams 10 Oversee branch-level cash discipline invoice submission and documentation accuracy 11 Assist CFO in data extraction and sharing for various reports 12 Coordination with HR for payroll data inputs and Prepare month-end closing entries and reconciliations 13 Prepare and file Statutory payments and return including GST TDS ESI and PF 14 Knowledge on basic knowledge on Tax laws 15 Manage payable and receivables 16 Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations 17 Respond to financial inquiries from other departments and external stakeholders 18 Prepare and maintain budgets 19 Coordinate with auditors and assist in year-end account finalization 20 Prepare and circulate daily MIS including sales cash flow and branch performance Job Requirements 1 Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance B com M com CA Inter 2 Minimum 4 years of Experience in Finance and Accounting 3 Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and meet deadlines 4 Must have strong proficiency in Tally and Excel 5 Ability to handle multiple branches accounts 6 Strong knowledge of financial concepts including accounting principles and financial analysis Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 38 885 55 per month Perks Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
