Role Trainee Finance Location Bangalore Hybrid Job Type Full time Work Mode Hybrid Responsibilities Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions Support monthly payroll and keep organized records Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and follow up with clients suppliers and partners as needed Participate in quarterly and annual audits 6 Track and reconcile bank statements Process tax payments Assist in GST TDS and other statutory compliance-related filings Requirements and Skills Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Economics Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Advanced MS Excel skills creating spreadsheets and using financial functions Familiarity with accounting software e g Tally ERP Organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors Basic understanding of financial regulations and standards e g GST TDS Income Tax Training Compensation 4-month training program with a paid stipend of 15 000 month Post-training performance will be evaluated for a promotion and salary hike based on merit An opportunity to learn grow and contribute meaningfully from day one
