Job Title Accounts Billing Executive Department Finance Accounts Location Calyx Container Terminal Experience Required Minimum 1-2 years in Accounts Billing preferably in logistics shipping or related sectors Job Summary The Accounts Billing Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities preparing accurate bills invoices maintaining financial records and supporting the finance team with reconciliation and reporting The role requires strong attention to detail proficiency in accounting processes and the ability to work in a quick-paced logistics environment Key Responsibilities Prepare verify and issue customer invoices in a timely manner Ensure billing accuracy based on service records contracts and rate approvals Maintain up-to-date accounting entries for billing receivables and payments Coordinate with operations and commercial teams for billing inputs and clarifications Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections when required Handle vendor bills GRN checks and process payment entries Manage daily weekly and monthly financial statements and reports Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and ledger records Assist in monthly closing activities and internal audits Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements GST TDS etc Maintain proper documentation and file management for accounting records Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field 1-2 years of work experience in accounts billing or finance Experience in logistics transport shipping sectors is an added advantage Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software Tally ERP systems Good understanding of GST TDS and basic accounting principles Strong communication numerical accuracy and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
