Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Marketing for Hotel Projects The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects interior designers hotel owners and project consultants to position Karabi Art Community as the go-to partner for artistic decor solutions Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales marketing strategies to achieve business targets Identify current business opportunities generate leads and convert them into clients Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings Collaborate with the design and operations team to align offerings with customer needs Plan and execute marketing campaigns online offline to promote Karabi s brand and services Conduct market research to analyze trends competitors and customer preferences Prepare proposals presentations and quotations for clients Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field 3-4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing preferably in Art Decor Interior architecture or related industries Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development Salary- 30k-50k Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location In person
