We are looking for a skilled and responsible Laptop Computer Technician to join Computer Laptop Clinic The ideal candidate should be able to handle both in-house repairs and in office service calls providing excellent technical support and customer service Responsibilities Diagnose repair and troubleshoot laptops desktops and related hardware Perform OS installation software configuration and system optimization Manage in-house service tickets and prioritize tasks effectively Attend on-site calls to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Maintain service logs repair records and parts inventory Provide clear communication and technical guidance to customers Ensure timely completion of all assigned jobs Requirements Proven experience as a computer laptop technician Strong knowledge of hardware components OS installation and common troubleshooting practices Ability to work independently and handle field visits Good communication and customer-handling skills Two-wheeler preferred for on-site visits if applicable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Laptop Service Experience Mandatory min 2 Years Two Wheeler Must Have for Onsite Calls TA will be Provided additionally Experience Computer hardware 3 years Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
