Sr Project Manager Civil Job description Looking for an energetic and diligent Project management professional to lead multiple projects with supporting teams to deliver full project including civil MEP finishing works with high quality Job responsibilities 1 Establish project timelines including Master schedule Monthly weekly activity plan 2 Review monitor project progress 3 Preparing periodic project progress review report 4 Presenting the Project reports to clients 5 Delegate tasks to junior team 6 Monitoring review all construction activities and providing technical inputs 7 Ensuring correct activity sequencing coordination with agencies 8 Coordination with client consultants contractors 9 Supervising Bill certification 10 Quality monitoring Quality control on project 11 Ensuring high-standard of working 12 Ensuring work done as per contract Requirements 1 B Tech Graduate with 15 to 18 years experience in Civil Finishing work 2 Post Graduate Degree Diploma in Construction Management will be preferred 3 Experience of Ultra high end finishing works 4 Experience to include monitoring of MEP works 5 Candidate should have delivered at least 1 project as Lead Project Manager 6 Candidate should have completed minimum 3 projects from start to finish 7 Candidate should be able to handle junior teams under him 8 Excellent communication skill presentation 9 Candidate should be effective in MS office Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Work Location In person
