Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team for a night shift position handling operations for our US-based process The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a US shift environment demonstrating excellent English language proficiency and communication skills Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information regarding products services and resolve customer inquiries effectively Assist customers with placing orders processing returns and resolving complaints or issues Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies procedures and products services Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up Requirements Proven experience 2 years of working in a customer service or call center environment specifically in a US shift Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications Graduation from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling support or sales-related queries is a plus Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Customer service 1 year Preferred International voice process 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
