Senior Steward - Position Summary The Senior Steward oversees the cleanliness organization and operational efficiency of the kitchen or food service support areas This role supervises stewarding staff ensures proper sanitation and supports culinary and service teams by maintaining equipment inventory and hygiene standards The Senior Steward also plays a key role in training staff coordinating shifts and maintaining safety and compliance protocols Qualifications Skills Prior experience in stewarding kitchen operations or hospitality services 2-4 years Strong leadership and team management abilities Good knowledge of sanitation cleaning procedures and food safety regulations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced physically demanding setting Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
