Job Title Finance Controller Location Hyderabad Uppal Experience 5-8 Years About Jivika Pure At Jivika Pure we are on a mission to bring honest clean and unadulterated food to every Indian kitchen As a rapid-growing FMCG brand built on trust and transparency we re looking for a Finance Manager who can bring financial discipline process excellence and analytical insights to support our growth journey Role Overview The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of Jivika Pure including budgeting collections payments compliance and financial reporting The role demands hands-on involvement in daily accounting activities managing distributor and vendor payments and maintaining financial health in alignment with our company s growth goals Responsibilities Manage daily financial operations including accounting budgeting and cash flow Monitor and ensure timely collection from distributors up-to-date trade partners and online marketplaces Track vendor payments reconcile accounts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions Prepare monthly MIS P L balance sheet and financial analysis reports Support in inventory valuation cost control and margin analysis Handle GST TDS and statutory compliances as per regulations Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely completion of audits Liaise with banks for working capital management and fund requirements Recommend strategies for process improvement and cost optimization Collaborate with the sales operations and procurement teams to align financial planning with business objectives Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting CA CMA MBA Finance preferred 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles preferably in FMCG or D2C brands Strong knowledge of collection management vendor payments and trade finance Proficiency in Zoho Tally ERP systems and MS Excel Sound understanding of taxation compliance and inventory accounting Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 840 000 00 - 960 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
