Role Overview As a Junior HR Recruiter cum Intern you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment for sales warehouse merchandising e-commerce accounts and support functions This role offers exposure to white-collar as well as field-level hiring in a fast-moving trading environment Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals Naukri Indeed LinkedIn Apna Monster social media employee referrals and campus drives Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic video interviews Coordinate interviews with department heads Sales Merchandising Supply Chain E-commerce etc Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers on a daily basis Extend offers prepare offer letters appointment letters and complete joining documentation Conduct reference checks and coordinate basic background verification Assist in bulk hiring for warehouse executives delivery partners and seasonal sales promoters Partner with placement consultants and manpower agencies for volume roles Participate in campus recruitment from fashion retail management institutes NIFT FDII Pearl Academy WGANR etc when planned Support onboarding induction programs and basic employee engagement initiatives Assist in HR MIS reporting and monthly recruitment dashboards Who Should Apply Eligibility Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree BBA MBA HR B Com BA B Sc or any stream - 2024 2025 2026 pass-outs are highly encouraged 0-1 year of experience prior internship in recruitment retail FMCG trading sector is an advantage but not mandatory Excellent communication skills in English Hindi Malayalam knowledge of regional language is a plus depending on location Proficient in MS Office especially Excel PowerPoint Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter basic High energy proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment Key Skills Required Candidate sourcing screening Strong convincing and relationship-building skills Ability to handle high-volume as well as niche hiring Basic understanding of retail trading industry roles is a plus Result-oriented mindset with ownership of recruitment targets What We Offer Real-time exposure to recruitment in the quick-paced footwear trading and retail sector Opportunity to interact with sales merchandising e-commerce and supply-chain teams Direct mentorship from senior HR professionals High chance of absorption as Assistant Recruiter Talent Acquisition Executive after 6 months Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
