About The Grandreams The Grandreams is a prestigious hospitality group known for delivering premium banqueting experiences with an unmatched blend of tradition luxury and personalized service With multiple venues across prime locations and a strong legacy of successful events we aim to build a team that reflects our excellence and passion Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated HR professional who can manage recruitment employee engagement HR operations and compliance The role requires someone organized approachable and proactive in building a positive work setting across all departments Key Responsibilities Recruitment Staffing Manage end-to-end hiring for various departments sales operations banquet staff admin etc Conduct screening interviews and coordination with department heads Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Employee Relations Engagement Assist in organizing employee engagement programs training and onboarding processes Address employee queries and maintain a healthy work culture Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback HR Operations Maintain employee records attendance leave management and documentation Manage HRMS entries joining formalities and verification processes Assist in payroll inputs and monthly reports Compliance Policies Ensure HR policies processes and statutory requirements are followed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee matters Coordination Support Act as a bridge between management and employees Support HR initiatives and contribute to team-building activities Coordinate with multiple venues locations as required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in HR Business or related fields 1-5 years of experience in HR roles hospitality hotel event industry preferred but not mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Good knowledge of recruitment HR operations and basic labor laws Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Organized reliable and able to handle multitasking efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Work Location In person
