4 - 6 Years 1 Opening Bangalore Role description The Opportunity As a Senior Change Manager part of the Global Marketing Organization GMO Business Capability Design Delivery BCDD team you will be supporting one or more initiatives that impact strategic goals at Client You will partner with leaders program managers product managers and subject matter experts to define and implement end to end change plans that support the business goals of the program to minimize disruption and increase end user adoption What you ll Do o Develop and strengthen relationships collaborating with executive sponsors program team members and functional partners to effectively drive organizational change for technology programs o Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption o Deliver on all areas of change including stakeholder and end user identification and engagement change impacts and readiness communications at all levels training assessment and development anticipating and addressing resistance reinforcement etc o Drive continuous improvement incorporating feedback and lessons learned from other Client programs flexing plans to the needs of the business o Partner with business and technical teams to deliver on the change management plans of the program o Establish and report on metrics for business reading leading indicators and end user adoption o Provide post release support to end users office hours communications training materials revision etc as needed in partnership with the program team What you need to succeed o Bachelor s Degree in Business Organizational Change Management Communications or related field or equivalent practical experience o Proven expertise in organizational change principles and application including at least 4 years of relevant experience certification is a plus o Exceptional communication skills using multiple formats including but not limited to email PPT SharePoint Wiki newsletters video and infographics o Solid emotional intelligence and ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships o Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship o Flexibility and resourcefulness resilience in ambiguous situations o Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization o Technical capability and demonstrated use of metrics and analytics o Intermediate or sophisticated graphic design skills to support visual storytelling experience with Client suite is desirable including but not limited to express illustrator firefly campaign o Experience with digital adoption tool implementations and content development e g Gainsight WalkMe o Experience with Client s Workfront is recommended o Background in working with Marketing organizations is a plus o Technical skills in using MS products and additional tools to conduct change impact analyses o Data visualization tool experience i e Power BI or Tableau is a plus o Required be ready to share your portfolio of change management deliverables stakeholder analyses read outs change impact read outs persona journey playbooks Skills change mangement Walkme Gainsight Power Bi About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
