Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to guide students explain our animation and multimedia courses and support them throughout the admission and counselling process Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents to provide detailed course information Explain animation multimedia VFX and design course details clearly Guide students about admission steps fees timings and career scope Handle enquiries through calls walk-ins WhatsApp and social media Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions Maintain daily counselling logs lead status updates and reports Support academy promotions workshops demo classes and events Skills Required Excellent communication skills Bengali Hindi English Strong counselling and convincing abilities Basic computer knowledge and WhatsApp handling Professional polite and student-friendly attitude Education Experience Minimum 12th pass Graduation preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling or Tele Sales education sector preferred Working Hours 10 00 AM to 8 00 PM Location 52 B 1 Feeder Road Beehive Garden Belgharia Kolkata West Bengal 700056 Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
