Position MEP Engineer Experience 05 to 10 Years Location PANVEL CTC As per Experience NOTICE PERIOD - Immediate Joiner Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with strong knowledge of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire-Fighting systems for construction and infrastructure projects The candidate will be responsible for design review site supervision coordination with consultants contractors quantity estimation and ensuring timely project delivery as per standards Key Responsibilities1 Design Technical Work Review and understand MEP drawings HVAC Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting Assist in MEP system design load calculations and layout finalization Prepare Review technical submittals method statements and shop drawings Perform quantity take-offs BOQ preparation and material estimation 2 Project Execution Supervision Supervise installation of MEP equipment and ensure work execution per standards Monitor site progress and ensure completion within timelines Conduct inspections for quality control and compliance with safety norms Coordinate with site engineers contractors and project managers 3 Coordination Communication Attend MEP coordination meetings with architects consultants and clients Resolve technical issues during execution Coordinate between various services to avoid clashes at site 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site records progress reports and quality checklists Prepare work schedules material requirement plans and project documentation Support procurement by preparing material specifications and vendor evaluations Key Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of HVAC Electrical Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings AutoCAD Revit preferred Good understanding of IS standards NBC and safety norms Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD Revit BIM added advantage Qualifications BE Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering Additional certifications in HVAC Fire Fighting MEP Design preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
