ZS is a place where passion changes lives As a management consulting and technology firm focused on improving life and how we live it we transform ideas into impact by bringing together data science technology and human ingenuity to deliver better outcomes for all Here you ll work side-by-side with a powerful collective of thinkers and experts shaping life-changing solutions for patients caregivers and consumers worldwide ZSers drive impact by bringing a client-first mentality to each and every engagement We partner collaboratively with our clients to develop custom solutions and technology products that create value and deliver company results across critical areas of their business Bring your curiosity for learning bold ideas courage and passion to drive life-changing impact to ZS What you ll do Work collaboratively across multiple teams to create internal-facing technical documentation which will be used by software developers Administrators and Configurators Connect with subject matter experts and proactively manage your own learning to become familiar with our software Work with project managers and subject matter experts to implement timely and effective edits until documentation is ready for publication Create supporting documentation like user guides and training material for our internal software Convert existing PDF documentation into interactive help centers Manage online repository of documentation while meeting deadlines Proactively participate in project planning and scheduling Suggest improvements to documentation our style guide and processes whenever possible Adhere to design template and company style guide while organizing and writing documentation What you ll bring Post-Secondary level education w proficiency in English required BS BA in English preferred 3 5 -
