Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities Conducting research and analysis to identify urban development needs and opportunities in Mumbai Developing comprehensive urban plans and strategies to address key challenges and maximize opportunities Collaborating with architects engineers and government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Engaging with local communities to gather input and feedback on proposed urban development projects Preparing and presenting reports proposals and recommendations to senior management Monitoring the progress of urban development projects and making adjustments as necessary Staying up-to-date on industry trends best practices and regulatory changes affecting urban planning Ensuring that all urban development projects align with Adani s sustainability goals and objectives Qualifications Education Qualification Master s in urban or Regional Planning or Housing Bachelors in architecture Experience Town Planning Scheme TOD Scheme or any other Planning area scheme Good knowledge of Planning regulations and local planning norms and building bye-laws Excellence in AutoCAD GIS Photoshop Illustrator Excel based modeling MS Office Valuable knowledge of Sketchup Pro
