Rejlers International Engineering Solutions is a trusted provider of high-quality engineering and project services We have been present in Abu Dhabi UAE for over 15 years Operating from our regional headquarters in Abu Dhabi City and with an own office in Navi Mumbai India we support a wide range of operations across the region Specializing in the Oil Gas Refining Petrochemical Chemical and Renewable Energy industries as well as Industrial Infrastructure such as Buildings and Structures Power Distribution and Telecommunications we serve clients throughout the UAE and the Arabian Gulf Our strong track record in Industrial Digitization and AI solutions reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence With a parent company boasting more than 80 years of engineering expertise we are proud to bring Nordic engineering heritage to the region blending cutting-edge technology with a longstanding tradition of quality and reliability We are now looking for SP3D Civil Structural Designer to execute projects and support bids in Navi Mumbai India Reports To The SP3D Civil Structural Designer reports to Line Manager Civil and Structural Job Overview SP3D Civil Structural Designer is responsible for handling civil structural design using licensed 2D 3D software normally involving a major project or several smaller or less complex projects These projects by nature of their complexity and difficulty require the fully competent application of conventional knowledge in oil gas In your role you will execute civil structural design deliverables in projects in a safe manner within budget and schedule and with quality You should have a desire to work on multi discipline local as well overseas projects and be able to drive discipline goals by leading assigned civil structural designers Hunger for learning and sharing new ideas will be the cornerstone of your success We also value people for whom safety are part of their professional skills Responsibilities and Duties Ability to review and understand Client s technical documentation and requirements Must have good knowledge and extensive experience with ADNOC Shell DEP standards and drafting procedures Must have good knowledge and understanding of civil structural and architectural drawings Able to organize inputs and supervise for preparation of civil structural and architectural drawings Must be able to prepare and develop 3D models using licensed software Must be able to prepare and develop 2D drawings using licensed software such as but not limited to Civil Structural Standard Drawings General Notes Handrail Ladder Manhole Stairways etc Roads Pavements Details Develop grading layout drawings Civil General Arrangement Drawings Substation Buildings - Architectural Plan Section Elevation Details Control Building - Architectural Plan Section Elevation Details Service Building RDS - Architectural Plan Section Elevation Details Equipment Sheds - Layout Details Pipe Rack - Layout Details Understand the interface within multi-discipline project Should take full responsibility of proper and timely execution of project deliverable ensuring full compliance with quality management system and any project specific contractual requirements Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines and project management teams Coordinate within members of civil structural discipline other engineering disciplines within the organization or project team Participates in progress review meetings and be aware of project status progress delays change notices performance measurement lessons learned and close-out Assumes responsibility for cost schedule material quantity and budget control Takes personal responsibility for safety and a healthy environment on the projects Should be able to add value plus optimization ideas Cooperating with other engineering disciplines customers and subcontractors locally or overseas Must be able to review and check civil structural design deliverables Qualifications Diploma in Engineering Technology from a Technical Institute Experience in Oil Gas Offshore projects Additional Onshore projects experience is preferable In-depth knowledge of the operation of a modern SP3D based multi-discipline drawing office Excellent experience in design modules of SmartPlant and Aveva suite of application -
