Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with 4-8 years of proven expertise in Human Resource Management The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function including recruitment employee engagement performance management payroll statutory compliance and training development The role requires strong leadership problem-solving skills and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing onboarding Oversee payroll processing attendance management and employee benefits Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws ESI PF gratuity etc Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution Drive employee engagement activities to improve workplace culture and retention Monitor and evaluate performance management systems KPI appraisal process Identify training needs and implement development programs for staff Maintain accurate employee records service registers and HR documentation Act as a bridge between management and employees ensuring smooth communication Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 4-8 years of HR management experience preferably in textile retail manufacturing or relevant industry Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies Leadership and team management Problem-solving and decision-making Solid organizational and analytical skills High level of confidentiality and integrity Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 500 000 00 per month Work Location In person
