Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead with solid expertise in performance and automation testing to join our QA team The ideal candidate will take ownership of planning executing and analyzing performance tests while also contributing to automation testing initiatives during non-peak performance testing periods Prior experience in the healthcare domain testing is highly desirable Responsibilities Lead end-to-end performance testing activities including planning scripting execution and reporting Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter LoadRunner and Jenkins to evaluate system behavior under load Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and Identify performance bottlenecks Maintain and execute automation test suites using Selenium Java and Appium for both web and mobile platforms Android iOS Support continuous integration and delivery CI CD processes through automated test executions Analyze test results and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to drive performance improvements Participate in test planning estimation and status reporting Mentor junior team members and enforce testing best practices Stay updated with emerging tools and technologies in testing Required Skills Experience 6 years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in performance testing Hands-on experience with JMeter LoadRunner and Jenkins Strong automation testing experience using Selenium with Java and Appium Proficiency in mobile test automation Android and iOS Solid understanding of CI CD pipelines and integrating tests into pipelines Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills
