Job Location Mira Road Fresher candidates can apply for this role Candidates from Vasai Virar Bhayandar Mira road Goregaon Kandivali Andheri can apply for this role Qualification Bachelor s of Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering Responsible for receiving Indents from Operations and evaluation of all parameters in the same for proceeding with the procurement process Responsible for Vendor Development Floating Inquiries and getting Techno commercial offers Analysis of the offers technically and commercially involving operations if required Preparing Technical and commercial comparisons and working out the In-house costings to support the same commercially Negotiations with vendor for closure of order and putting up the same for approval to the SCM-Head MIS-Operations heads Raising Orders to the respective vendors and following up for the material against these order Updating the SCM-Head and the Operations regarding the status of each Indent actioned Coordinating with project team other departments regarding closure of requirements raised by them To maintain healthy relationship with supplier contractors and regularly monitoring of their performance for timely completion of projects Resolving discrepancies related to the Indents purchase orders vendors etc Generating MIS reports regarding materials status against the Indents and PO s of the various projects Contribute to improve the operations streamline the work processes maintain a healthy working environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund
