Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer UI Designer to join our Pragathi IT Solutions team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for both internal branding and external client projects including websites mobile apps digital marketing creatives and print materials Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics layouts and UI components for websites mobile apps and web applications Create branding materials advertisements social media creatives brochures and other marketing assets Work closely with developers marketing teams and clients to deliver effective visual communication Translate business requirements and client briefs into cutting-edge and engaging designs Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms Stay updated on current design trends UI UX best practices and emerging tools Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Software Knowledge Required Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign CorelDRAW Bonus Basic knowledge of Figma Adobe XD or Sketch for UI design is an added advantage Candidate Profile Minimum Degree Diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic or UI design Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity technical skill and UI layout design Attention to detail with a passion for clean modern design Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate accordingly Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset Job Types Full-time Permanent Ability to commute relocate Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Graphic design 2 years Required Adobe Photoshop 2 years Required CorelDraw 2 years Required Work Location In person
