Technical Project Manager-BESS We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager with 10 to 20 years of expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS for commercial projects If you are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale BESS projects and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role we want to hear from you Role Overview As a Project Manager you will lead the end-to-end execution of Battery Energy Storage System BESS projects ensuring timely delivery budget adherence and technical excellence This role requires solid project management skills technical knowledge of BESS technologies and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively Key Responsibilities Manage the Design planning execution and successful delivery of BESS commercial projects Oversee project scope budget timelines and quality standards Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project-related challenges Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and environmental standards Provide regular updates to stakeholders through detailed progress reports and presentations Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management Qualifications And Requirements Experience 10 to 20 years of experience in project management with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS in commercial projects Education Bachelor s or Masters degree in Engineering Energy Management or a related field Skills Strong knowledge of BESS technologies and project lifecycles Exceptional leadership problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools and software e g MS Project Primavera etc Availability Must be able to join within 30-60 days
