Leadsense Media is seeking a Senior Accountant who will manage end-to-end accounting operations financial reporting and statutory compliance for its education-focused organization This role ensures accurate financial management supports audits and drives process improvements for efficient financial control Key Responsibilities Manage preparation and maintenance of financial statements including month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations Oversee statutory compliances in India such as GST TDS payroll compliance and adherence to Ind AS Indian GAAP Work with accounting software like Tally SAP Oracle NetSuite QuickBooks other updated accounting tools Utilize advanced Excel skills including pivot tables VLOOKUP HLOOKUP macros basic VBA and data analysis for accurate reporting Coordinate directly with external auditors clients and internal stakeholders to support audits and resolve financial queries Identify and implement process improvements automation opportunities and strong internal financial controls Monitor day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial data entry and documentation Qualifications Experience MBA in Finance or B com M com graduate with 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience Proven experience in the education or services sector is preferred Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards statutory requirements and current accounting software tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Interested Candidate 94983 25088 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
