We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team The role involves reaching out to potential customers providing them with information about our properties services and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries Explain products services offers and benefits clearly and convincingly Maintain accurate records of calls customer details and follow-ups Generate leads schedule appointments and ensure conversions Achieve daily weekly monthly call and sales targets Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Report daily activities and results to the team lead manager Requirements Proven experience as a Telecaller Telesales Executive or similar role Excellent communication skills in Tamil English Malayalam or relevant local language Good persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Self-motivated and target-oriented Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Experience Telecaller 1 year Required Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
