Job Location Angamaly Kerala As the Residential Care Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the home This includes managing staff ensuring quality care standards maintaining business operations and working closely with residents and their families You ll be at the heart of our mission to continually improve the lives of our residents The ideal candidate will have a solid business acumen excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for caring for older adults Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the residential care home Lead and support a team of caregivers ensuring they are motivated and well-trained Provide a safe caring and compassionate environment for residents Develop care plans monitor care quality and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Build strong relationships with residents and their families providing emotional support and guidance Look for opportunities to enhance and improve residents experiences within the care home Collaborate with external agencies suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the home Skills Qualifications Educational qualifications relevant to the care management sector e g MSW Fluent in English Malayalam and Hindi to communicate effectively with residents families and staff Strong business and operational management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience empathy and a genuine passion for caring for older adults Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience Age range preferred 25 to 35 years Previous experience in a similar role within a care home setting is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
