This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 1100000 - Rs 1800000 ie INR 11-18 LPA Min Experience 6 years Location Andheri Mumbai JobType full time The Manager will lead and oversee diverse environmental projects with a strong focus on sustainability pollution control energy management the circular economy carbon credits and other climate-related initiatives This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage teams build partnerships and ensure effective on-ground implementation of large-scale projects Requirements Key Responsibilities Define project objectives deliverables and execution plans using logical frameworks Oversee project implementation ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones Build partnerships with sector experts government bodies private agencies NGOs and other stakeholders to drive successful execution Manage and mentor project teams assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance through KRAs KPIs Provide subject-matter guidance to project teams by developing in-depth expertise in environmental domains Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including government agencies academic institutions NGOs and citizen groups Track and document project activities preparing progress and fund utilization reports for donors within agreed timelines Monitor project budgets ensuring efficient fund management and compliance with reporting requirements Profile Requirements Master s degree in Social Sciences Management or related field 6-8 years of relevant experience in project design implementation monitoring and evaluation of large-scale environmental or CSR projects Strong knowledge of project management tools including project design stakeholder mapping needs baseline assessments logical frameworks and M E methodologies Proven ability in community outreach mobilization and building stakeholder alliances Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi proficiency in Marathi is an advantage Team-oriented mindset with solid leadership and organizational skills Flexibility to travel across India for program implementation Core Skills Project Management o Stakeholder Engagement o Project Budgeting o Team Management o Environment Sustainability o Program Implementation o CSR Project Design
