Title Merchandiser - Corporate Apparel Women s Wear Company Celso Lifestyle Private Limited Location Wazirpur Industrial Area New Delhi Salary 34 000 - 50 000 per month based on skills and experience About the job We are looking for a Merchandiser who can manage corporate apparel orders from start to finish find new corporate clients and work closely with our factory team to deliver on time The role needs basic costing skills strong follow-ups and a positive sense of women s fashion and trends What you will do Manage corporate orders handle inquiries samples approvals production and dispatch on time Find new business reach out to companies send profiles and quotes arrange samples and convert to bulk orders Run production plan line loading track WIP fix bottlenecks with cutting stitching finishing and QA Make cost sheets calculate fabric CM trims processes packaging and logistics keep margins on track Check product performance review rejections alterations and inspection issues improve future orders Use design sense suggest fabrics trims colours and fits that suit corporate needs in women s wear Negotiate finalise stitch rates and incentives with workers negotiate MOQs prices and timelines with vendors Assure quality follow buyer specs and AQL close size sets PP meetings inline and final inspections on time Source materials find fabrics trims and packaging develop backup suppliers manage lab dips and approvals Plan timelines make and track T A calendars flag delays early and give solutions Keep records update PO trackers GRNs production WIP efficiency and cost variance reports share client updates Coordinate teams work with design IE production QA purchase stores and logistics for smooth delivery Improve processes suggest layout SMV improvements and better quality gates document SOPs Handle after-sales close alterations rework quickly and keep clients satisfied Who should apply 2-6 years of garment merchandising experience corporate B2B preferred and hands-on factory work in women s wear Strong Excel skills and comfort with costing T A WIP and basic line efficiency Good fabric trim knowledge and the ability to read tech packs and deliver samples on time Confident negotiator with workers vendors and job-workers Clear communication strong documentation and problem-solving with ownership Plus points IE basics AQL inspection experience ERP production trackers vendor development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 34 999 00 - 49 999 00 per month Work Location In person
