This role is for one of Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 800000 - Rs 1200000 ie INR 8-12 LPA Min Experience 1 years Location Gurgaon JobType full-time Requirements Key Responsibilities Proactively source and headhunt candidates through cold calling networking and direct outreach Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening scheduling and coordination Write and publish clear engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms Act as the first point of contact for candidates ensuring a qualified and engaging experience Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand current and future hiring needs Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and long-term requirements Track manage and report recruitment activities against hiring goals Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards at all stages Who You Are 1-2 years of experience in recruitment headhunting or talent acquisition internship fresher experience will also be considered Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially over phone and video calls Eager to learn recruitment processes and develop sourcing strategies Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities Positive self-motivated and naturally skilled at building relationships
