Job description Job Opening Senior Manager - Finance Accounts Immediate Joiner Location Deccan Apte Road Experience 8 to 16 Years Service Industry Preferred Employment Type Full-Time Permanent Industry Recruitment Staffing Service Industry About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Accounts Professional to lead our accounting taxation compliance and financial management functions The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting compliance treasury and strategic business support with proven leadership in managing finance teams Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and timeliness Finalize accounts monthly quarterly annually in line with applicable accounting standards Prepare and present financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Coordinate with business units for budgeting and variance analysis 2 Taxation Compliance Ensure end-to-end compliance with statutory requirements TDS GST Income Tax etc Supervise timely tax filings and liaise with consultants authorities Ensure adherence to Companies Act 2013 and other legal frameworks 3 Audit Internal Controls Lead statutory tax and internal audits in collaboration with auditors Implement and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets Address audit queries and ensure timely closure of reports 4 Team Leadership Mentor and guide the Finance Accounts team to ensure efficiency Drive timely closure of books as per SOPs and policies Promote continuous learning and upskilling within the team 5 Budgeting Forecasting Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts in alignment with business goals Track actual vs budgeted performance and highlight key variances Recommend corrective actions for financial efficiency and cost control Qualifications PG M Com Any Specialization MBA PGDM Finance MSc Statistics Professional certifications CA CMA will be an added advantage Key Skills Financial Reporting Finalization of Accounts Taxation TDS GST Income Tax Statutory Compliance Audit Risk Management Budgeting Forecasting MIS Reporting Leadership Team Management Solid Analytical Strategic Thinking For more details contact (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
