Location Whitefield Bangalore Karnataka Experience 1-2 years Salary Up to 3 LPA to 3 5 LPA Working days 5 days Work mode On - site About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will have significant recruiting experience and will play a critical role in leading recruitment for key positions Additionally the HR Executive will manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to engagement and exit as well as handle administration and performance management across multiple divisions within the company Key Responsibilities Recruitment - IT and Non Recruitment Lead recruitment efforts for key positions within the company Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Source screen and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate guidance and support Employee Life cycle Management - Oversee the entire employee life cycle from on-boarding to engagement and exit Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth on-boarding process Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment Manage exit processes including exit interviews and off-boarding procedures Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment with a strong track record of hiring for key positions Familiarity with HR processes and best practices across the employee life cycle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Preferred Skills Certification in Human Resources is a plus Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Work Location In person
